In all of 2020 and 2021, Kindness In A Box has focused on humanitarian aid by providing medical supplies, equipment and PPE's for the medical staff at the Maras Hospital to help them combat the Covid19 Pandemic within the villages. All during 2020 medical supplies were sent to the Maras Hospital. Kindness In A Box was the only charity to help this indigenous hospital. Thanks to all of the Kindness In A Box donors who literally helped saved these indigenous lives. Also, during this time food, water, clothing and supplies were scarce or non-existent. Once again Kindness In A Box donors provided the funding to get food to the villages, water to those without and blankets for warmth during the cold weather in these mountains.

The medical staff at the Maras Hospital in the District of Maras, Peru were provided with PPE's, masks, sanitizer, medical equipment and everything they requested to keep themselves safe while combating the Covid19 Virus. Throughout the pandemic, Kindness In A Box has been the only organization helping this small hospital.

Kindness In A Box "Mama Lynda Food Distribution Project" Many indigenous children and families were without food during the Covid19 pandemic. Kindness In A Box began the "Mama Lynda Food Distribution Project" to distribute rice, beans, corn, canned milk, fruit, and other foods withing the poorest villages. This project continued throughout 2020 and into 2021.
